Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that apply to everyone who uses the Gapless website, applications, and services.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of Gapless, including content you submit, learning paths you generate, and workspaces you share. By using the service, you agree to follow it.

Illegal or harmful use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, or to promote violence or harm.
  • Do not submit or generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or exploitative of minors.
  • Do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.

Security violations

  • Do not access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service.
  • Do not introduce malware or interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not bypass or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other safeguards.

Service integrity

  • Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-export content or data except through documented interfaces.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without a written agreement with Gapless.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use generated output. Review AI-generated material before relying on it in professional, regulated, or high-stakes settings.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit usage, or suspend or terminate accounts depending on the severity of the violation. Where required or permitted by law, we may notify law enforcement.

Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behavior that may violate this policy, report it through the contact page or email contact@getgapless.ai with enough detail for us to investigate. We review reports promptly and keep reporter information confidential where possible.
