We want people to be able to learn with Gapless regardless of device, ability, or assistive technology. This statement describes the standard we work toward, the measures we take, and how to reach us if something is in your way.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The website and product are partially conformant: most surfaces meet the standard, while some content and beta features do not yet fully conform.
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and with common screen readers, magnification, and voice control software on desktop and mobile.
AI-generated course material can occasionally produce structures, such as complex notation or dense tables, that are harder to navigate with assistive technology. We are improving generation and review so this content meets the same bar as the rest of the product.
